At Connect Yoga we want to facilitate both optimal health during pregnancy, but also restoration once our child has entered the world

We have gentle, well rounded yoga classes to aid you through your most precious of journeys.

PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES

During your pregnancy we want to you to be feeling and functioning as best as you possibly can.

In our prenatal yoga class, expect a well rounded yoga class with the reassurance that your teacher has extensive prenatal training, experience and understands the anatomy of pregnancy.

POSTNATAL YOGA CLASSES

The birth process can be an intensive experience, and recovery can be challenging. This is why it's vital to get help during this important restoration stage.

In our postpartum yoga class we take the time to restore the mother, reclaiming your connection with self and your body postpartum. A focus on restoring the core and finding strength.

The practice is safe to commence 6 weeks postpartum or when your Caesarean section wound is healed
