BEGINNER'S YOGA

 This class is perfect for those who are just starting out their yoga journey. Our teacher's will adapt to fit each and everyone's needs.

YIN RESTORATIVE

An integration of yin and restorative practices. We slow things down whilst going deep into simple poses. A great way to calm your nervous system and move the body gently.

HATHA FLOW

This class has emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

RESTORATIVE FLOW

This class is designed for beginners through to well practiced yogis. It is a beautiful way to sink into your heart and body, leaving the day behind you, slowing down, taking time to drop into alignment. Utilise this slow flow asana practice to be with your breath, your life force - pranayama, and allow deep restoration.

ABSOLUTE BEGINNER'S YOGA

An absolute beginner’s class to get the basics in a relaxed learning environment. Simple to follow moves, with straightforward instructions, at an easy pace. Feel supported with options and equipment if you have limitations of normal movement. Perfect for those new to yoga or if it’s a while since you came to practice and would like a refresher. 

VINYASA FLOW

 A dynamic vinyasa flow with emphasis on functional and safe movement for increased mobility, flexibility and strengthening.

POWER VINYASA

Designed to be an energising, strengthening and fun Power Vinyasa class. We focus on a dynamic range of postures in rhythm with your breath.

SHAKTI MAT RECOVERY YOGA

The perfect practice for athletes or those with tight bodies. This class is targeted to enhance muscle recovery, stress release and soothe back pain. Combining Yoga with Acupressure to stimulate pressure points and encourage the smooth flow of energy throughout the body.
