Introducing our team of Naturopaths, Medical Herbalists & Clinical Nutritionists.

THEIR APPROACH

Our team want to change the narrative about what natural medicine is and how it can be integrated into a patient centered healthcare system. They do not believe a patient needs to choose between conventional and holistic medicine. Instead their focus is on supporting the person to achieve their health goals. They work with doctors, fertility clinics, psychologists, physios and other healthcare providers, advocating for the best care for that person.

Our team of registered naturopaths, medical herbalists and registered nutritionists, assist patients by providing individualised care. They believe in treating the whole person, not just the illness or symptoms with a nutrition-from-food-first approach. They apply evidence based treatment plans, scientific research and traditional complementary medicine principles to help you reach optimal health.

MEET AMELIA STAFFORD (B.Nat Med, NFNZ, NZAMH, B.Com VPM)

Amelia is a degree qualified registered medical herbalist, naturopath, clinical nutritionist and natural fertility educator (B.Nat Med, NFNZ, NZAMH, B.Com VPM). She has been in clinical practice for over 10 years and throughout her career she has been lucky enough to learn directly from some thought leaders in this field, such as the wonderful Dr Lara Briden.

After working by herself in clinical practice, she saw a need to expand her team to be able to help more women achieve their health goals. Her team provides caring, thorough and professional healthcare. They approach each client’s unique health situation using evidence-based treatment plans, scientific research and combine these with traditional holistic principles.
